More than 40 apprenticeships up for grabs!
Dozens of apprentices are being recruited by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
The 43 roles range from business administrators and legal officers to marketing assistants and electricians, and all the apprentices will be paid at or above the national minimum wage for age, which is higher than the standard rate of pay for apprenticeships.
Applications open today (Friday, 20 May) and successful applicants will take up their posts this September.
Anybody interested in applying can find out more at two Apprenticeship Open Days taking place this month.
Councillor Bob Cook, Leader of Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, said: "Whether you're a school leaver or looking to change career, apprenticeships are a great way to earn while you learn, get valuable work experience and gain skills whilst working towards a recognised qualification.
"We'd welcome applications from people with all levels of experience who would like to build a successful career. All of our apprentices will have a dedicated mentor and there are also training and development opportunities available, so there will be plenty of support available for those who join us."
