If you are under 25 years of age, live in Stockton-on-Tees and have a special educational need or disability, this is a space created and developed for you.
We want to make your area of the Local Offer as useful as possible for you.

Bright Minds Big Futures (BMBF) is a national award-winning youth-led movement, working together with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council to make the Borough a great place to grow up.

Join the Disability Register
Being on the Disability Register is optional. By being on the Disability Register you have the option to be involved in surveys and events to help shape our services for young people with SEND in Stockton-on-Tees.
Add a child or young person to the children and young people's disability register
Join the Young National Children's Bureau
If you are interested in being involved in projects to improve services for Children the National Children's Bureau (NCB) has a network for young children. The Young National Children's Bureau Network is open to all children and young people aged up to the age of 18, or up to 25 disabled young people or those with special educational needs.
You'll receive monthly email bulletins to keep up-to-date with things going on at NCB and have access to a great range of events and opportunities.
