Report a lost, stolen or damaged bin

If your bin is lost, stolen or damaged you can order a replacement by calling 01642 391959. You will need to pay:

• £26.75 for a standard size bin (240L)

Charges include VAT and delivery. 

If you think that your bin fell into the back of the lorry or was damaged while it was being emptied we will check this with our collection crew before we charge you for a replacement.
