Nominations now open for Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees' Civic Awards: Here's what you need to know
Unsung heroes from across Stockton-on-Tees can be put forward for a Mayor's Civic Award as nominations for the 2021/22 awards are now open.
The awards recognise those who go the extra mile, make a positive contribution to the Borough, or selflessly dedicate their time or expertise to others.
What does the Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees think?
Mayor of Stockton-on-Tees, Councillor Kevin Faulks, said "There is so much fantastic work going on by local people, organisations and businesses right across our Borough and they deserve to be recognised for their amazing contribution.
"I'm looking forward to seeing the nominations this year and encourage everyone to think about who is going the extra mile in their community and to get in touch."
Who can I nominate?
There are a series of awards for 2021/21:

- Service to Community Award for individuals
- Service to Community Award for groups and organisations
