There has been a slight increase in the number of COVID-19 cases across the Borough.

There were 62 new cases in the Borough during the week ending May 9, a rate of 31.4 per 100,000 population, compared with 44 new cases the previous week.

Although it's encouraging that case numbers remain low, it's certainly not over and it's important that we keep protecting each other. We must all follow the Our People to reduce the spread of the virus as we move into Step 3 of the National roadmap on Monday (May 17).

There will be a number of changes to Council services from Monday too.
