Halloween Spooky Walk tickets now on sale
Are you brave enough to join in the fun this year at Preston Park Museum and Grounds' Halloween Spooky Walk?
The magical and curious adventure will take place on Sunday, October 31.
What can I expect at this year's spooky walk?
A magical bottle, protector of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees, is missing from the Museum. Ever since the bottle's disappearance, mysterious things have been happening.
There are two walks - one especially designed for younger children and their families and one more suited to more thrill-seeking older children and adults.
4pm and 5pm - Solve the curious Halloween quest by finding clues and unlocking the magic. This early spooky walk is generally aimed at children under 11 years old and their adults.
7pm and 8pm - Only the boldest will dare to venture into the woods, cursed with evil spirits, on All Hallows' Eve to solve the quest. These sessions are aimed at older children (11 years and over), adults and brave souls! This walk is difficult to access for wheelchairs and pushchairs due to the uneven surface in the woods.
Councillor Jim Beall, Cabinet Member for Health, Leisure and Culture, said: "This event always offers so much fun to young and old alike and this year will be no different.
"Preston Park has been consumed by trickery, mischief and hocus-pocus. We really need help to solve this Halloween mystery so we're asking for intrepid explorers to get into the Halloween spirit, get dressed up and come along to complete this curious quest to help us unlock the magic."
