Routes and timetables

View the timetables and route maps for services 33, 84, 87, 88 and 82 (PDF) [377KB]

If you board within a green zone shown on the above maps you will be unable to get off at any other green zone.

Our buses do not operate on Public or Bank Holidays.

We try to arrive for all our journeys on time but allow for a 10-minute window on either side of the timetable for flexibility. This allows time for our drivers to assist wheelchair users into the vehicles and for traffic conditions beyond our control.

Bus fares and booking

Our bus services are currently free, though this may be reviewed from time to time.

You will need to show your membership card to the driver when you get on the vehicle.

There is currently no need to book a space on the vehicle, even if you are a wheelchair user. If demand exceeds the amount of resources available, we may need to ask you to wait for the next service. We monitor usage to ensure we provide the correct size vehicle for each service.

Community Transport service passes with the expiry date of 31 March 2020 do not need to be renewed. Please continue to use your pass as usual.

Our vehicles

Our vehicles can seat 8-16 passengers and have removable seats, allowing room for up to 3 wheelchairs.

The minibuses have a stepped entrance at the front with a passenger lift for wheelchair users at the rear. We will need to complete an assessment of your wheelchair before we can carry it on our vehicle. This is to ensure that we have the appropriate restraints to hold the wheelchair.

Other information

You are required to wear a seatbelt when you travel, unless you are medically exempt and this is shown on your membership form upon registration.

Assistance Dogs are the only animals that are allowed to travel on the vehicles.

This information and our terms and conditions may be reviewed from time to time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
