Local Authority Building Control partner scheme

We are a registered Local Authority Building Control Partner Authority.

If your company builds or designs for projects nationwide, joining our partner scheme can simplify the process of checking your plans against the building regulations.

Our partners benefit from:

• plan examination

We will work with you on all pre-applications and design work. If your project is taking place outside Stockton-on-Tees, site inspections will be carried out by the Local Authority in that location, but we will work with them to make sure they have all the information they need to support you.
