Pest control services which are available
Rented properties
Contact Thirteen or your social housing provider if you are a current tenant and you need help with pests.
If you are a landlord or you privately rent a property you can request a one-off pest control visit, regular visit as part of a contract. One-off visits cost £50 (inclusive of VAT) and the cost of materials. Any additional visits we need to make after that will cost £25 (inclusive of VAT) and the cost of materials. Prices for regular contracts are determined individually. A signed agreement from your landlord will be required before pest control services can be undertaken. They should contact us for information about our commercial pest control services.
Free pest control services for homeowners
You can access our free pest control services if you have problems with:
- rats
- mice (indoors)
- cockroaches
- bed bugs
Chargeable pest control services for homeowners
We provide pest control services for the following issues for a fee of £45 (inclusive of VAT):
- ants
- bees and wasps
- fleas
- household insects for example silverfish, cluster flies and carpet beetles (please contact us for a full list of household insects and beetles which can be treated)
- squirrels
Chargeable pest control services for businesses and commercial properties
We provide pest control services for businesses and commercial properties.
If you own a business or commercial property, you can request:
- a one-off pest control visit for a fee
- regular visits as part of a contract between you and us
