Description
The consultation asked for residents, businesses and visitors to give their thoughts on the proposed design for improvements to Norton High Street as part of the Council's Town Centres Investment Programme. This includes a new one-way system, flexible events spaces and public realm improvements to provide a more pedestrian friendly environment to support the growing daytime and evening economy.
