If you are a care leaver or about to leave care, here you can find out about the support that we can provide to care experienced young people.
As your corporate parent we want you to feel safe and supported and know where and who to go to for advice and help.
We have worked with our Let's Take Action group, who are cared for, or care experienced young people, and listened to their views to co-produce our care leavers local offer.
We have signed up to the Care Leavers' charter as we promise to be good corporate parents. Find out more about the Care Leavers' charter on the GOV website.
