Discretionary Housing Payment Policy 2022-23

20.1 The Revenues and Benefits Service will seek to recover any DHP found to be overpaid. The method of recovery will generally be by invoice. Generally any overpayments caused by official error will be treated as not recoverable. Overpayments will be notified in writing and have a right of review.
