What can we do for you?
We can:
- listen to and answer your special educations need and or disabilities (SEND) queries
- understand and help fill in forms
- writing letters and reports
- provide support, preparation and advocacy for meetings
- signpost to relevant local and national services
- inform you of your legal rights under SEND law
- help with disability discrimination cases
- help with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- resolve disagreements, including mediation and tribunals
- provide links to local support groups and forums
- empower you to make your own decisions with the information provided
- provide ongoing confidential, impartial support via phone, email and face to face
How to make a referral to us
We have no formal referral process to allow ease of access for parents and carers.
You will contact us and provide the following details:
- parent and carer name and email or contact number
- child's name
- child's needs such as diagnoses
- reasons for referral or outline of enquiry and what support you are hoping for

We are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
